Put parts of plants such as blossoms or petals into a bucket filled with very cold water, add icecubes - the cold will cause the crystal glands to congeal in order to strain them. Stir well for 10 - 30 minutes, put it in a cool place for 15 - 30 minutes, add more ice. The cooler, the better! Place 220 µ Extractor Bag 1 into clean bucket and pour the herbage water until green and frothy. The herbage water can be used for a second run. Place the extractor bags one after another into a new bucket - finest mesh first, then next coarser mesh etc. - and slowly siphon the previously strained green water und let it run through the extractor bag(s). In the bag a brownish-green mud remains. Scrape off with a plastic card and allow to dry.
