Order

As a general rule, our modern shop offers you two different order methods. In “Guest mode”, enter your name and the requisite invoice and delivery address directly at the checkout. In this case, the shop does not save your data after this order. You may need to enter your data again for any additional order with us. The second order mode involves a “Registered user”. By registering once in the control centre or checkout area, you can create your own shop account and permanently save information such as your company name, your own name, invoice address, and various delivery addresses. This offers you the advantage of not having to enter this data each time you place an order. And this mode also enables you to use various convenient special functions. These include real-time order status tracking, the comprehensive document archive, automatic availability reports, binding pre-orders, practical checklists and wish lists, product data and document downloads, and much more.

In both modes, you also have the possibility to create and place your orders using the intuitive category navigation feature and filtered product searches or using our special professional "manual fast entry" and convenient "file upload".
