Collection by buyer

When submitting orders for collection by the buyer, please indicate the height of the collection vehicle to enable preparation of the correct package height for collection. If you do not provide any details, the consignment will be packed to a packing height of 1.60 metres. Please also keep the order number ready to hand on collection and at least the name of the client. If you arrange to have the goods collected by a forwarding agent, please ensure that the driver avails of the requisite details (client's name, order number provided by Grow In AG). Otherwise, it may not be possible to hand over the consignment.

National (deliveries within Germany)

Delivery periods

The delivery period for consignments throughout Germany is usually 1-3 days. Please refer to the product information on the respective article in the Web shop for any exceptions.

Countries

We ship within Germany and the EU. On request, deliveries can also be made to countries outside the EU.

Consignments can be delivered to non-EU countries on request (specific specifications governing customs regulations and general customs procedures), whereby additional customs charges and fees may be incurred.

General information

Please make sure that you indicate the correct country code in your orders otherwise the shipping costs indicated on the invoice may need to be modified and subsequently adjusted. For each parcel, the permissible weight is usually 31.5 kg but country-specific deviations are possible.
